Q: What do we do?
A:

We provide a range of unique outdoor structured team building programs and recreational programs for corporate clients. We can tailor our programs to tie into a conference theme, or business objective.
Q: How do we do it?
A:

Utilising a range of outdoor based programs we create a fun mix of challenges and problems to stretch and take individuals and teams  outside their comfort zones. Removing the pre-conceived expectations of the work setting and replacing it with an unfamiliar environment that is full of challenges creates a fun environment where learning and insight arises.
Q: Where do we run programs?
A:

Victoria, Gold Coast, Tweed Coast and Sunshine Coast.

Some programs are location specific such as surfing, beach olympics and rockclimbing. Whilst Kayaking and the Raft Regatta require waterways.

All other programs are mobile and can be delivered within close proximity to your conference venue or office.
Q: What experience and qualifications do you have?
A:

Over The Edge have 19 years experience in delivering outdoor based team building programs. Each of our instructors are trainied to the highest level, all having outdoor education qualifications, level two first aid certificate, surf bronze and their advanced resuscitation certificate.
Q: How do we work with clients?
A:

Should you be interested in our range of programs it is recommended that we have an exploratory discussion over the phone. This allows us to establish your specific needs and any objectives you are looking to achieve.

At all times we listen and respond to your needs. We work in partnership with you ensuring we deliver on your specific objectives.

Dependent upon the complexity of the outcome saught, in many cases we can provide you with a recommendation and price over the phone immediately. Should you have more detailed needs we will put together a proposal and meet with you in person.

After confirming your prefered program structure we liase with you closely up until the event, ensuring all your requirements are met down to the finest detail. 
Q: What do your programs cost?
A:

Standard programs start at $67.50pp for a 2 hour session. More elaborate programs with special props, transport requirements and theming are costed on a case by case basis.
