Holmesglen TAFE

Holmesglen Institute of TAFE participated in the popular Amazing Race event. Teams had the choice of which challenges they attempted. Some challenges had a higher level of perceived risk (and reward)  than others, which created a unique risk reward proposition for those involved.  In the case of the river tub crossing teams were allocated more Over The Edge dollars if they attempted and completed this task.

Most teams weren't prepared to venture to far out of their comfort zone and stuck with more low risk challenges. Those who did stretch themselves found great reward, personal satisfaction and a stronger bond with their team as the end result.

Those who stretch themselves in any area of life always experience the greatest rewards.
