FCm Travel Solutions

FCm Travel Solutions had various divisions of their company come together for their yearly conference. They were looking for a program that could cater for approximately 100 people. They also wanted the ability to integrate people from different teams who previously didn't know each other. Given they were conferencing at 13th Beach Resort Barwon Heads, they were also keen to integrate the beach and the outdoors into a fun team building afternoon that everyone would enjoy.

Based on this brief, Over The Edge created a unique Amazing Race experience that was held on the shores and dunes of the Barwon River and the Ocean Grove beach. However, this program contained more water elements than usual in order to deliver a more profound coastal experience for participants.

This program delivered a fun experience that the entire team enjoyed, it quickly integrated teams and had them communicating and solving problems quickly. It got everybody talking and laughing and was a perfect lead into the gala celebrations that night.
