Draeger Safety unleashed their hyper competitive and combative teams in the Lorne Amazing Race. Super competitive and driven to win these guys bribed, cheated and did anything they could to claim the title of the Draeger Amazing Race champion.

In many cases as you can see, individuals went to all lengths to help their team mates out. These type of programs are ideal to see who is prepared to get involved and participte in team based activities. They are also invaluable to see how people react and handle change, challenges and communicate when faced with unfamiliar and challenging circumstances.

Placing people in this type of situation allows for great learnings to take place, as workplace norms and expectations are left behind, allowing people the freedom to do what comes naturally.
