Gilly takes team honors!

Over The Edge was the team building company of choice for the latest Castrol BP conference at Radisson Resort Gold Coast.

The stage was set for a huge conference with Castrol inviting special guests such as Aussie cricketer Adam Gilchrist, Drag racing royalty “Team Brae” and the breath taking aerobatic stunts by Pip Borrman in his Edge 540 monoplane.

The activities day was about “Over the Edge” ensuring the 150 Castrol Edge sales, marketing and technical staff got to know one another and have fun participating as a team. The “Over the Edge” Adventure Race was the activity of choice.

13 teams made their way around the beautiful Radisson Resort Gold Coast situated on the Palm Meadows Golf Course. Each team had 12 different activities to complete involving group communication, problem solving and fun. Points are awarded to individual teams upon completion of activities. These were tallied at the end of the event with “Red Team 2” taking out the honors.

Thanks to The Radisson Gold Coast for providing a beautiful venue and to Castrol BP for their team spirit and full participation. Over The Edge hope your conference was a success.
